If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following terms before requesting a refund.
TERMS
All returns must be requested by email within 7 days of the equipment installation date. The customer must allow FTG the chance to remediate their concern(s) within the 7-day period or a 20% restocking fee will apply.
RETURN PROCESS
Please email your FTG sales representative or customer service at info@ftgimaging.com to alert us of the pending return. The item(s) must be placed securely in the original factory packaging with coordinating serial numbers. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven 7 days from the receipt of your item(s) to process the refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
